This pack includes a standard under mattress bed mat, a curly cord with adapter and a bed mat interface with a 6.35 jack. The bed mat interface has 2 sockets. One socket is for the under mattress bed mat and the other socket is for a call pendant (purchased separately). This allows both items to be plugged into a 6.35mm wall socket.
